Compare Power Grid resources, player towers, markers and the 216-piece complete set. Distinguish deluxe accessories from Power Grid Deluxe edition.
“Deluxe” describes the accessory
This listing is a component upgrade for Power Grid. The word deluxe in the accessory name is not confirmation that it is intended for the separately titled Power Grid Deluxe edition. Compare your edition's resource types and player colours before ordering.
Choose one category or the complete set
- Resources: 24 oil, 24 coal, 24 waste and 12 nuclear resource pieces, 84 in total.
- Towers: 120 pieces, 20 in each of six colours: purple, green, yellow, blue, black and red.
- Markers: six turn-order and six scoring markers, 12 in total.
- Complete: all three groups, 216 pieces.
Complete already contains the separate resource, tower and marker groups. Choose resources alone if your player pieces are already how you want them; choose towers if the network on the map is your priority.
Keep the market and map readable
Separate the resource categories and return purchased or spent resources according to the original rules. The number of pieces in an accessory kit does not alter market replenishment. Place towers so cities and connections remain visible.
The game, maps, power-plant cards and money are not included. Colours and quantities should be checked against the edition and player setup you actually use. Compatibility with every map or custom insert is not established here.
Reference and context
BoardGameGeek lists Power Grid Deluxe as a distinct edition. That is why the edition name should be checked separately from the word deluxe on an accessory. Read the source.
