Refund policy

At DeluxyGames, your satisfaction is our priority. You may return any product as long as you request the return within 14 days from the delivery date. The product must be in perfect condition and, when possible, in its original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned products, but not the shipping costs. Initial shipping costs and return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You may also return any product that arrives incorrect or in poor condition to be replaced free of charge with one in perfect condition. You must inform us and request the return within 15 days of receiving your order. In this case, all arrangements and shipping costs will be our responsibility, so you will not have to make any additional payment.
