In general, we ship your order within 24–72 business hours after receiving payment.

We ship worldwide from Spain. Delivery times depend on the destination address. We also offer free shipping above a minimum purchase amount. Below is a summary of shipping costs and delivery times for each destination:

Duties & Import Fees

Shipments within the European Union The final price of each order will be calculated including all applicable taxes. For orders within the EU, the tax applied corresponds to the Value-Added Tax (VAT) in force in Spain. No additional customs fees will apply.

🇺🇸 Special Service for United States (DDP) At DeluxyGames, we want our US community to have a seamless experience. All orders to the United States are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

  • No Hidden Fees: All import duties, customs clearances, and local taxes are already included in your shipping cost at checkout.

International Shipping (Rest of the World) For other international destinations, orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the recipient is responsible for any local sales taxes or import duties that may be charged by the destination country's customs authorities.

Carrier & Tracking

All orders are shipped via Correos Spain. You will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment once your order has been dispatched.
