Products

The products offered by DeluxyGames comply with current Spanish legislation and the applicable rules and standards in Spain and the European Union. The products offered on deluxygames.com are not official. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners, who have no affiliation with DeluxyGames.

Deluxygames.com will make every effort to ensure that product photographs faithfully represent the items offered on the website. Each product is accompanied by an accurate description of its main features. If there is an obvious discrepancy between a product’s features and its representation, the customer may return it and request a refund in accordance with Section 8 (Right of Return).

Prices

Our product prices are shown in euros and do not include shipping costs, which will be indicated at the time each order is confirmed.

Deluxygames.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, we strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate. In the event of a clear typographical or system error where a product is listed at an incorrect price, Deluxygames.com reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed. If the price is correct, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect on the date the orders are placed.

Products shall remain the property of deluxygames.com until their price has been received in full by deluxygames.com.

Shipments within the European Union: The final price of each order will be calculated including all taxes. The tax applied corresponds to the value-added tax (VAT) in force in Spain.

Availability

The price of products on deluxygames.com is valid while the products remain available on the website and is subject to available stock levels.

If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email or telephone of the shipment of only part of the order or of its full cancellation. The customer will receive a full or partial refund of the order amount within a maximum of 14 days from the notice of cancellation. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to place the order.

Orders

You acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions before placing your order.

In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code regarding the conclusion of online contracts, the contract is concluded when you click the button that allows you to confirm your order, after having reviewed its details and, in particular, its total price, and after having had the possibility to correct any errors.

After reviewing your order details and once all required information has been entered, you may click the confirmation button to definitively confirm the order. Validation of your order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. The data recorded by deluxygames.com will constitute proof of all transactions carried out between deluxygames.com and its customers.

Products will remain the property of deluxygames.com until their price has been paid in full by the customer.

DeluxyGames reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or non-payment related to previous orders.

Payment Methods

Online payments may be made by bank transfer, Bizum, or Stripe.

The charge to the customer’s account will be made within a maximum of 4 days after placing the order and will be considered effective once confirmation has been received from the payment centers.

Stripe Payments

Stripe provides payment services and specializes in the issuance of electronic money between the buyer and a third party. Stripe ensures the confidentiality of the buyer’s banking data.

The system executes any payment order generated by the customer and credits the service amount to DeluxyGames within 3 business days.

Once the payment order is validated, the customer authorizes Stripe to obtain the funds from an applicable source of funds for the transfer of the payment to the recipient.

Secure Payment

All sales transactions are strictly confidential and are encrypted using the SSL secure transmission protocol.

Deluxygames.com does not have access to payment data and does not store it on its servers. For this reason, you will need to re-enter your payment details for each order you place.

Deluxygames.com also verifies the validity of the information entered when an order is placed, in line with our commitment to combating e-commerce fraud and protecting our customers.

Shipping and Delivery

Products purchased on deluxygames.com are shipped to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, unless otherwise indicated during the checkout process.

Products will be shipped to the address you enter during checkout or to the pickup point of your choice.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the products purchased, the delivery address, and other factors. Total shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

Deluxygames.com reserves the right to split shipments into smaller consignments. In such cases, the shipping and handling charges will remain the same as for a single shipment.

The indicated delivery date is the latest expected date. Delivery time corresponds to the sum of the order handling and processing time and the shipping time. Delivery times and costs may vary from order to order and are shown during checkout.

Deluxygames assumes no responsibility for the consequences of possible delivery delays.

If the shipment is returned to us because it could not be delivered to the customer (missed deadlines, invalid address, etc.), the customer will be notified by email. If deluxygames.com does not receive a response within 72 hours, it reserves the right to cancel the order without refunding shipping costs.

Right of Return

You have a period of fifteen (15) days to exercise your legal right of return. You do not need to provide any reason and will not be subject to any penalty.

The right of return cannot be exercised for orders of customized products or products made according to the customer’s individual specifications.

Returns and Refunds

You must return the products within fifteen (15) days from the date of your return request. Returned products must be protected, in perfect condition for resale, and accompanied by all accessories. All shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than fifteen (15) days from the date you exercised your right of return, via the original payment method used for the order.

Precautions and Safety

The products sold on this site are NOT TOYS: they are intended for adult use only and must be kept out of the reach of children.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are subject to Spanish law. In the event of any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance, or validity of these terms and conditions, the Spanish courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
