Wyrmspan resources, dragon eggs and player figures are separate buying decisions. Start with what you want to replace, then check the overlap: the main kit already includes Adventurers, but it does not include eggs.
Base kit or expansion option?
The Base Deluxe Upgrade Kit contains 156 pieces: 25 meat, 25 milk, 25 gold and 25 crystal tokens, 45 coins, one start-player dragon, five small guild dragons and five Adventurers.
Base + Expansion includes all those pieces plus 45 book-shaped training tokens, bringing the total to 201. Select it if you need the additional training-token category. It does not include the expansion's cards, boards or rules.

Dragon eggs: mixed or one design?
The Dragon Eggs Collection supplies 60 eggs per selected option. Mixed Collection has ten each of Sunscale, Stoneveil, Embercoil, Arcane Storm, Tideglass and Deepcavern. A single-design option has 60 eggs of that one style.
The six designs are a visual choice, not six new game resources or different scoring values. Choose Mixed for variety or one style for a consistent look. Eggs are sold separately from the main kit.

When should you buy Adventurers alone?
The five-piece Adventurers set is for players who only want replacement player figures. It supplies one in each of green, red, purple, blue and yellow. Those five Adventurers are already included in both main-kit options, so buying them again creates a duplicate group.
Plan storage separately
A BGG discussion about upgraded Wyrmspan tokens and storage concerns another upgrade range. It highlights a useful question, but it cannot establish fit for DeluxyGames pieces. This guide does not claim compatibility with the original trays or third-party inserts.
These are optional, unofficial accessories. Check the selected kit and egg variant before ordering; the game and expansions are not included.
